In this paper investigates EM-Thermal characteristics of the 1kW class drone driving propulsion motor using MSO Coil (Cu, Al) and Round Coil (Cu, Al). Analysis was based on the rotational speed of rotor and propulsion load of drone motor. The results of this paper was calculated by reflecting both the induced electrical sine wave current, coil eddy current loss(AC Loss) and core iron loss at overall operating areas.
