Introduction
ECAD Lab researches electric motors and energy conversion devices based on electro-magnetic field theory. We conduct an electro-mechanical coupled analysis and optimal design considering mechanical characteristics such as noise, vibration, thermal and structural analysis as well as a magnetic circuit design and analysis. We are also developing in-house code using numerical analysis method.
The goal of ECAD Lab is building an automatic integrated design process for the energy conversion devices.
